Account data (name, email, workspace), device identifiers of paired Android gateways, message metadata (sender, recipient, status, timestamps), and message content while it is in transit. Billing information is processed by our payment providers; we store only the last four digits.
To deliver SMS, show delivery receipts, prevent abuse and fraud, produce usage analytics for you, and bill your workspace. We never sell customer or end-user data.
Message content is retained for 30 days by default so you can inspect delivery. Metadata is retained for 12 months for analytics and audit. You can delete a workspace and all associated data at any time.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data by emailing privacy@sms.zoril.app. We respond within 30 days.
