You may not use Zoril SMS to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to bypass carrier rules in any jurisdiction. Recipients must have opted in, and every marketing message must include an opt-out.
Paid plans are billed monthly in UGX. Overages are billed at the per-message rate on your plan. Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the paid period.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API. Delivery depends on paired Android devices being online and on carrier acceptance; Zoril is not liable for outages caused by carrier or device conditions outside our control.
We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use or that expose the platform to carrier blocking. You may close your workspace at any time from settings.
The service is provided as-is. Zoril's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
